Android APK

Downloading from the official site

Gambling apps with real stakes are not listed on Google Play in most regions. The casino therefore publishes its Android app as an APK on the official site. APK is the standard package format for Android apps, nothing exotic.

Only download from the official domain. Files from unofficial sources can contain malware or steal login details. Support can confirm the right download address. How to recognise the real domain is explained in our guide to the official site.

It is a short job, with a download that is light enough for mobile data. Check that the phone has some free space.

How to install the APK

Whatever the brand, the sequence is basically the same. Some labels vary by phone maker, but the logic does not change. Go through the list in order and the app will be ready in no time.

• On the phone, go to Casumo and start the APK download
• Grant the permission to install
• Open the APK from the notification or the downloads folder
• Press install and let Android finish
• Log in with the details you use on the site

The phone will show a warning about apps from unknown sources. This message appears for every app installed outside Google Play, not only for casino apps. It is good practice to disable the permission afterwards.

Inside the app

Games, banking and chat are all there. Over 7000 games from 24 providers are accessible. Pre-match and live betting works in the app too. The account is the same, so your balance and history follow you. Games you marked on desktop are waiting in the app. How the app side compares with the rest of the casino is covered in our Casumo casino review.

Push notifications announce new promotions. You stay in control of what the app sends you.

In the app, players in Pakistan can pay with Bank Transfer, Sadapay, Upaisa, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, iCash. One, JetonBank and Cashmall. Confirmation may open your wallet or banking app for a moment, which is normal. KYC photos can be taken and sent from within the app. Every method and its minimum are listed in the guide to deposit methods.

Updates and fixes

New versions are offered inside the app. Keep the app current to avoid errors and security gaps. A fresh download from the site fixes most update problems.

If the app will not install or open

Most install errors come from permissions or an interrupted download. Remove the APK, fetch a new copy and try again. If the app acts strangely, a cache reset usually helps. On outdated systems, use the browser version instead.

The team assists with app problems 24/7, through live chat, email and phone.

App or mobile site

App and site share the lobby, the cashier and the bonuses. The mobile site suits those who do not want to install anything. The app is handy for regular players who want quick access and notifications. The browser version is covered in our mobile site guide.

The welcome offer of 100% up to PKR 163,000 + 50 free spins applies in the app as well. You can track the 35x rollover and set limits in the app too. Choose the option that fits your habits, and switch whenever you like. Many players simply install the app on their main phone and use the browser on other devices. Limits, favourites and history stay in sync across devices.

Safe and responsible app use

A PIN or fingerprint lock is essential when the app stays signed in. A second login factor is worth turning on. Never share your login details or one-time codes with anyone.

Use the responsible gaming tools available in the app. Self-exclusion can be activated from the app as well. Keep it fun, and stop when it is not. Turn off promotional notifications if they make you play more than you planned. Uninstalling the app for a while is also a simple and effective way to take a step back, and free, confidential help is available from independent organisations.
