Staying on the genuine Casumo site

Fake casino sites exist. Here is how to make sure you are on the real Casumo.

Signs of the genuine website

You will find the official casino at https://casumo-pk.org/. Open the site from a bookmark or by typing the address, not from random links. Paid ads are not a guarantee that a site is genuine.

At the bottom of the page. The footer quotes licence number ALSI-112310012-FI5. Launched in 2019. Licence and operator are covered in more detail in the Casumo review.

A secure connection, shown by the padlock, is a basic requirement. Check the address character by character, since one changed letter is enough for a clone. Imitations usually give themselves away with poor details. If you are not sure about the site, never log in or pay.

Access problems

ISPs in certain regions block the main domain. In that case, support can tell you how to reach the site safely.

Genuine addresses come from Casumo alone. Trust only links from support, the newsletter or your account messages. Unofficial mirror lists are a favourite hiding place for phishing pages. Keep the confirmed address in your bookmarks and avoid searching for it.

No access to the main domain

A few simple steps usually help:

• Open the site only from your own bookmark
• Ask the team for the working address
• Restart the browser or try another network
• Ignore unofficial lists of so-called mirrors

Clones and phishing

Fake copies imitate the look of the real site to collect your data. Links to them arrive by message, in comments or in suspicious ads. If a bonus sounds too good to be true, it probably is. What a genuine code looks like is explained in our promo code guide.

Anyone asking for your password is never genuine. Codes are for you alone, not for agents. Forward scams to the team, including the link and a screenshot. The customer support guide lists the official channels.

Typed your login on a doubtful page? Reset it on the official site immediately. Then switch on 2FA and report what happened. Card or wallet details entered on a clone should be reported to your provider.

Keeping the account safe

Set up 2FA. It adds a strong extra layer of protection. Choose a long, unique password for your casino account.

Always log out on shared or public devices. Open Wi-Fi is not the place for logins and payments. An up-to-date device is a safer device.

A quick review of your history helps spot anything unusual. Unknown activity means: change the password and write to support at once. Support is available 24/7 via live chat, email and phone. Keep the email address linked to your account secure as well, because it is the key to password resets.

Safe installation

For Android, download the APK only from the official website. Downloads from third-party sources can contain malware. Unsure about a download link? Check it with support first. Installation is described in our Android app guide.

A shortcut to the mobile site is a safe alternative to any app. A shortcut protects you from mistyped domains. The browser version itself is covered in our mobile site guide. Update the bookmark if the casino announces a new address.

Avoid add-ons and programs that claim to predict games or unlock extra bonuses. They often exist only to capture account details. No legitimate tool can change the outcome of a game, so there is never a reason to install one.

Before you log in

Keep this short checklist in mind. Check the address, the padlock and the footer with the operator and licence. Open the site only from trusted links.

Combine a unique password with 2FA. Treat every password request as phishing. Play responsibly and set limits in your account. With these habits, you can focus on the games. Report any doubtful copy of the site to the official team, so others can be warned.
